SDP 2025: Learning, Laughter & Leadership – All Roads Led to Agra!
 

On the 29th and 30th of April 2025, Jaipuria Institute of Management hosted its much-anticipated Annual Staff Development Program — this time in the historic and majestic city of Agra. The program, designed to break the monotony of daily routines, foster cross-campus camaraderie, and spark new ideas, once again lived up to its reputation.

Held at the luxurious Courtyard by Marriott, the two-day retreat offered a seamless blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and reflection. From flawless check-ins to sumptuous meals, the hospitality was top-notch — because even learning deserves a five-star treatment!

The sessions were as insightful as they were diverse. Highlights included:

• Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence – because AI isn’t coming, it’s already here.
• Communicating JIM’s Achievements to Students – turning internal wins into inspiring stories.
• Collaborative Leadership – because great things happen when we lead together.
• Turning Conflict into Constructive Dialogue – turning "uh-oh" moments into "a-ha" insights.
• Building Personal Identity – a reminder that growth begins with self-awareness.

And of course, the grand finale — the Annual Awards — brought joy, applause, and a few happy tears as achievements were celebrated across the board.
