Workshop on Understanding Your Personality and Self-Management,
at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur | 25th March, 2025
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, organized a workshop on Understanding Your Personality and Self-Management, led by Mr. Sandeep Menghani, Founder of Yeshaswi Bhav. The session focused on enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and teamwork skills through engaging activities and insightful discussions.
One of the key highlights of the workshop was discussion on different personality types—Driver, Expressive, Analytical, and Amiable—and how they interact with one another. Participants gained valuable insights into the compatibility of these personalities and how recognizing and adapting to each other’s' personality can strengthen relationships and improve networking. A game was conducted which had students standing in a circle and quickly forming groups of varying sizes (5, 4, 3 members), illustrating the importance of adaptability and quick decision-making in dynamic environments.
Mr. Menghani also introduced the Life Circle concept, prompting students to self-assess different aspects of their lives. They rated themselves on thought-provoking questions such as their relationship with parents, frequency of conflicts with partners, and overall emotional well-being. This exercise encouraged introspection, helping students recognize areas for personal growth and balance.
The workshop concluded with an insightful Q&A session. Overall, the session was highly engaging and insightful, leaving attendees with a deeper understanding of how personality and self-awareness can lead to stronger connections and better self-management.
