The Mumbai chapter of JIMAA held its annual alumni meet, held on 25th January 2025 at the Oyster Hall of the elegant Sahara Star Hotel, was nothing short of a grand success. Around 100 alumni from all four JIML campuses came together, making it a truly unforgettable evening.
For weeks, anticipation had been building in the alumni group, and the event delivered on all fronts! Spanning batches from 1995-1997 to the most recent 2022-2024, the meet was a beautiful blend of old friendships rekindled and new bonds forged. Alumni shared heartfelt memories, laughter echoed across the hall, and countless stories brought the JIML spirit alive once again.
Representing Noida campus, we were delighted to have Dr. Sonali Singh, Dr. Nidhi Singh, and Mr. Narayan Singh Samant join us, while Dr. Anupam Saxena, Dr. Upendra Nath Shukla, Mr. Arjit Mani Tripathi and Mr. Gaurav Maurya, represented the Lucknow campus. Under the leadership of Mumbai Chapter Secretary Ms. Deepti Chandra Mehra (b. 2003-2005) and Joint Chapter Secretary Ms. Amanjot Kaur (b. 2010-2012) with support of President Mr. Somit Chitrey (b. 2002-2004) and ARC team, led by Mr. Anurag Mohathe event turned out to be picture perfect and the evening flowed seamlessly with moments of joy, nostalgia, and camaraderie—punctuated by lively party game and a sumptuous dinner that added the perfect touch.
This event marked a significant milestone: the largest alumni gathering for the Mumbai chapter and one of the most successful meets across all chapters. It wasn’t just an evening of celebration—it was the beginning of a new chapter in our alumni journey. With such vibrant energy and participation, the bond among our alumni is set to grow stronger, year after year.
Here’s to many more such unforgettable evenings!
