Workshop on Effective Communication and Presentation Skills,
at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur | 21 March, 2025
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, recently organized an engaging workshop on Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, led by Mr. Sandeep Menghani, Founder of Yeshaswi Bhav. The session provided students with valuable insights into the role of communication in leadership and professional growth. Mr. Menghani emphasized that strong communication is not just about speaking well but also about understanding, connecting, and influencing others effectively. He introduced the concept of the 5 F’s—Found, Feel, Frame, Form, and Flow—highlighting how these elements contribute to impactful communication and leadership.
One of the most interactive segments of the workshop involved a team activity, where students participated in a game requiring them to throw and catch an object. If they missed, they had to analyze whose mistake it was. This exercise reinforced the importance of accountability, attentiveness, and clear messaging in communication.
Throughout the session, Mr. Menghani shared practical strategies to enhance presentation skills, including voice modulation, body language, and structuring content for maximum engagement. He also encouraged students to embrace continuous learning, as communication skills are essential in every aspect of personal and professional life.
The workshop concluded with an insightful Q&A session, where students discussed their challenges and received expert guidance. The event was a great learning experience, equipping attendees with the tools to communicate confidently and effectively in leadership roles. By hosting such impactful sessions, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, continues its commitment to preparing students for dynamic professional environments, ensuring they develop essential skills for success.
