Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, successfully organized the Operations Management & Business Analytics Hackathon 2026 on February 27, 2026, bringing together 90 participants. A total of 16 business analytics teams and 7 operations management teams, including teams from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, IPS Academy, and the sister campus Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, participated in the event. The event commenced with an inaugural ceremony and concluded with a finale featuring result declarations and trophy distribution in the presence of the Guest of Honor, Ms. Poonam Singh Tomar.

The event was conducted seamlessly across six venues with dedicated volunteer support, and the hackathon featured parallel tracks in operations management and business analytics.

The Operations track assessed participants through a foundation quiz, a dual-phase model innovation challenge, and case presentations addressing real-world operational scenarios.

Simultaneously, the business analytics hackathon had three stages: quiz, case study, and a data-based problem solution, which assessed students for their statistical aptitude, technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and enterprise-level dashboard creation.

Under the skilled guidance of  Dr. Deepankar Chakrabarti, this event was organized by Dr. Manohar Kapse, Dr. Pooja Kushwaha, Dr. Jagdish Bhagwat, Dr. Vinayak Vishwakarma, Dr. Sharad Chaturvedi, and Dr. M. A. Sanjeev. The event was well coordinated by the presidents and members of the Operations Management and Business Analytics Club.
