Dr. Vishnani brings with her a rich blend of academic expertise and professional experience in finance and accounting. Prior to assuming this role, she served as Dean (Academics), where she played a pivotal role in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and pedagogical innovation. Under her leadership, the institute achieved the prestigious NAAC A+ accreditation, reinforcing its commitment to quality education. Her academic interests span financial reporting, corporate governance, and earnings management, complemented by a strong record of research, publications, and academic administration.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive industry experience, Dr. Vishnani has successfully bridged the gap between academia and practice. Her earlier professional engagements involved audits, consultancy, and financial advisory across diverse sectors. Known for her strategic vision, analytical approach, and emphasis on value-based education, she continues to champion innovation in teaching and learning. As Director, she is poised to lead Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, into its next phase of growth, strengthening its legacy while embracing new opportunities.
