Mr. Rahul Bairagi has recently completed an inspiring 15-year journey with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Since March 2011, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the administrative and governance framework of the institution.
With over two decades of experience in administration and human resource management, Mr. Bairagi specializes in institution-building, policy formulation, regulatory compliance, and governance systems. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening operational processes, designing HR frameworks, developing service rules and policy manuals, and ensuring alignment with accreditation standards such as AACSB and NBA.
Prior to joining Jaipuria, he served at prestigious institutions including the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, further enriching his expertise in human resources and institutional administration. His professional excellence has been widely recognized through accolades such as Best CAO of India 2021 by CEO Insights, Atal Alankaran Samman Award 2022, and Best Leader 2024.
Beyond institutional leadership, Mr. Bairagi also serves as Deputy Chief Secretary, Human Rights & Social Justice Society, reflecting his commitment to ethical governance and social responsibility.
Over the past 15 years, his steady stewardship, governance-driven approach, and dedication to process excellence have significantly contributed to the growth and credibility of the Indore campus.
