As Jaipuria Institute of Management celebrates a decade of association with Dr. Rekha Attri, we proudly acknowledge a journey defined by academic depth, institutional leadership, and sustained impact on student life. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Attri has been a cornerstone of Jaipuria’s academic and student-centric ecosystem at the Indore campus.

Currently serving as Professor of Marketing and Dean – Student Affairs, Dr. Attri brings with her over 17 years of rich academic experience. Prior to joining Jaipuria, she built a strong academic foundation through her long association with CORE Business School, where she served as an Associate Professor for nearly nine years, contributing extensively to teaching, mentoring, and curriculum delivery. She also served as an Assistant Professor at Daly College Business School, gaining early exposure to academic administration and pedagogy.

A Ph.D. in Marketing from UPES, her doctoral research on “Customer-Based Brand Equity in Oil Marketing Companies” reflects her rigorous engagement with branding and consumer research. Over the years, her academic interests have expanded across consumer behaviour, brand management, technology adoption, and marketing strategy, supported by a steady stream of research publications and case studies that are valued for both scholarly merit and classroom relevance.

Beyond research and teaching, Dr. Attri has actively contributed to faculty development programmes, guest lectures, workshops, and consulting engagements, reinforcing the bridge between theory and practice. As Dean – Student Affairs, she has played a pivotal role in shaping holistic student experiences, ensuring that academic excellence is complemented by empathy, structure, and purpose.

This milestone marks not just 10 years at Jaipuria, but a continuation of a thoughtfully built academic journey spanning institutions, disciplines, and generations of learners.
