Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow proudly celebrates Dr. Kajal Srivastava on the completion of 10 years of committed and impactful service to the institution. Over the past decade, Dr. Kajal has been a cornerstone of the Business Communication and Liberal Arts area, known for her clarity of thought, engaging pedagogy, and deep connect with students.

As an Associate Professor, PAN Area-Chair Business Communication and Liberal Arts Area, and a valued MDP resource faculty, she has consistently contributed beyond the classroom. Her ability to simplify complex communication theories, her global outlook shaped by multicultural exposure, and her passion for student development have left a lasting imprint on the Jaipuria ecosystem.

A recipient of multiple Best Faculty Awards, a national award nominee, an internationally recognised academic, author, and Josh Talks speaker, Dr. Kajal’s journey reflects excellence, dedication, and quiet leadership. Jaipuria Lucknow thanks her for a decade of unwavering commitment and looks forward to many more years of shared growth and inspiration.
